EN – This New Year begins with a bang – and what better opportunity to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Mierscher Kulturhaus, centre of artistic creation and regular partner of the OCL throughout the years? Join us for an enchanting programme in which, following the birds of Ottorino Respighi’s joyously descriptive suite, you will be plunged into Einojuhani Rautavaara’s moving evocation of the Arctic landscape. Lili Boulanger’s Matin de printemps (‘Spring morning’) will reawaken our chilled senses, and then the charismatic Hila Baggio will, with Schoenberg and Ligeti, definitely create the sparks needed to light the 20 candles for the Mierscher Kulturhaus’s birthday cake.
